Its Joe Time!

On April 12, 2024 students, friends, family, alumni, past presidents and local politicians gathered for the inauguration of Dr. Joe Bertolino the sixth President of Stockton University.

Stockton University Welcomes Their Sixth President. Last week guests ascended on the University's campus in Galloway to welcome " Dr. Joe" as he is affectionately know for his inauguration and after celebration. Friends and colleagues, past students spoke of his unwavering support of students and higher education. His entrance was marked with a marching band, Talon the mascot and many student representatives. Afterword the halls of campus were filled with attendees and a party offering a variety of celebratory foods and presentations.

Stockton University is named for Richard Stockton, one of the New Jersey signers of the U.S. Declaration of Independence. Founded in 1969, Stockton accepted its charter class in 1971.
